2/17/18 A short post for you.

Now that the sweatpants are all completed with the exception of needing some size larges. I’m on to the next project. the project reminds me of the first shirt i ever printed, (It’s Good to create shirt, which is definitely going to be revamped.) I have been delving into kicking around ideas here and there and want to make one that just simply says “Stay Chill” on it possibly with a guy, myself sitting in a yoga position. The art is complete and if you have access to the Facebook or Instagram you would see a few teasers of that design.

What do you guys think about it?

As far as training goes hit the road with running again after taking some time off and was able to hit a 6’59” mile not my fastest but after not running a total of a 5k for a month i’ll take it. The Peloton was definitely keeping me conditioned, however the next morning my left Achilles was sore as hell, must’ve been all the running in the past catching up with me. but like a have said before; work feeds progress. what kind of things are affecting your training?
